As Atwood LawnCare lawn & landscape professionals, our primary concern is for improving the environment. We know that misapplications of fertilizers can lead to undesired consequences to our rivers, lakes and streams. That is why we use specially formulated fertilizers that contain no phosphorus for our customers concerned about water quality. Our applicators are trained to minimize the amount of material that may fall on sidewalks, driveways and streets. If excess material does fall on these surfaces, we make the extra effort to clean it up.
Atwood LawnCare offers two different approaches for lake properties:
Our Traditional Lake Program includes regular scheduled visits to apply no-phosphorus fertilizer and weed controls throughout the growing season.
Our Custom Lake Program fertilizer incorporates the latest technology in fertilizer application. Our technicians apply a long lasting, ultra-slow release fertilizer in May. No further fertilizer is required for the entire season, but your lawn stays green and healthy all year. Your Atwood technician continues to stop by your home at regular intervals to check for any weeds or brown spots, so you are assured that your property looks good all year long. (Certain restrictions apply for this program, so ask your technician for details.)
Soil Tests help determine if there are special fertilization needs for your lawn. By having a soil test performed every three years, your Atwood technician will be sure to apply the correct fertilizer analysis is used to help keep your lawn growing, green and healthy all season long.
We want our world to be a good place for all our children to live and play and we’ll do whatever we can to help build a healthy and green place to live. Our attention to detail and to environmental awareness has earned Atwood LawnCare the reputation as a leader in environmental stewardship and education throughout the nation. What this means to you is that you have the opportunity to work with a lawn care service that does what it says it will do and make you proud of not only how your lawn looks, but how it got that way.
